Large multi-phase project that happened in different stages over the course of three years for KR Builders. Phase I was one of the first frames I did for KR. Scope was to tear down an existing garage with livable space above and convert it to a large attached in-law apartment. I wasn't involved in much other than the frame and siding in this phase. Phase II was to build detached garage with unfinished space above. Managed the frame and did the siding. Phase III was the big one. Full gut of the main house, tear down a rotten sun room and convert to livable space, add some new rooflines, install two large steel beams through the center of the house opening the space up. Framed all of phase III and managed the project start to finish. Also did the exterior trim and siding. Unfortunately lost most of the pictures I had of this project.
